Check-in

Check-in is available from 4pm on the day of arrival.

Early check-ins can be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability. Please speak to our friendly team in advance of your arrival if you would like to request this.

Guests are welcome to ask on arrival about upgrading to one of our Juliette, Superior or Luxury rooms, or the very unique Witch’s Hat Suite. If available, our reception team will be happy to show you a room before you decide.

If you anticipate arriving late, please let the reception team know so they can ensure a smooth arrival.

Parking during your stay

Parking is free of charge for hotel guests. Guests are kindly asked to park in designated areas only and to keep access routes clear at all times.

Your Stay

If there is anything you require during your stay to make your visit more comfortable, please speak to the Reception Team, who will always be happy to help where possible.

Table service is provided in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and our team will gladly assist with menu queries or dietary requirements.

Departure

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure.

If you would like to request a late check-out, please speak to Reception. This is subject to availability and a small charge may apply.
