Dear members of staff,
Myself, Son and his 2 children of 8 and 10years of age stayed in the hotel sunday 24th october only a few days ago. We had never been to the area before and really enjoyed the trip.
We arrived Sunday evening and took a trip into Wells for supper then came back and had a nightcap in the hotel bar before going back to the room for the night.
Then morning we spent, after breakfast with the children dressed in halloween costums and meeting the charming witch in the restaurant,then going on the tour of the caves and the attractions on offer.
I must thank you all for being very welcoming and friendly. The trip was enjoyed by all and I shall certainly recommend it to others, it is very reasonably priced,a lovely clean hotel and room,and I wish you all the success in the future as I understand the hotel opened only two weeks ago.

Hi,
We stayed at Wookey Hole Hotel a couple of weeks ago, we visited the caves etc, had a really good time, close to all the local amenities, close to visit family etc.
Have recommended it to all our family and some of our relatives are coming to visit in the next couple of weeks and will be looking to stay at the Hotel.
The room was excellent, two beds one for our children, clean bathroom, nice to have a TV in the room and tea and coffee facilities.
Will be coming back again sometime in the near future.
